Nationwide Delivery
Do ready meals arrive frozen?
Nationwide meals are sent frozen using NZ Post.
When will I recieve my order?
Orders are dispatched as they are processed. We avoid Thursday dispatch for rural deliveries and Friday dispatch unless Saturday delivery has been selected. Delivery for urban areas is generally overnight, rural addresses may take an extra day
How do I store my ready meals?
Meals can be either stored in your freezer or fridge depending on when you plan to heat and eat them.
Does someone need to be home for delivery?
No, you can give "Authority to leave" by writing ATL in the checkout notes.
Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes
Local Delivery
What days do you dispatch local online orders?
Local deliveries are made Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We don’t deliver locally on Mondays or Wednesdays.
What is the cut-off time for local delivery?
For same-day local delivery, please place your order by 1pm. Deliveries arrive between 3 - 5pm.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we can deliver to work addresses. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Click & Collect / Local Pick up
How long does Click & Collect take?
Click & Collect orders will be ready / available within 1 hour. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.
Can I order hot drinks for Click & Collect?
Yes. Hot drinks and cold drinks are available for Click & Collect.
