Ginger is well renowned for it's health benefits. Ginger tea can help soothe digestive troubles, including morning sickness! It is a diaphoretic tea, meaning it will warm you from the inside – perfect on these cold winter days! 

Lemons have Vitamin C and A making them a perfect cold and flu fighting addition to this drink. Lemon water is also thought to aid in the detoxification of the body. 

Honey is antibacterial and packed full of antioxidants. Plus it gives a little natural sweetness.  

Our Secret Recipe

Lemon, Honey and Ginger is a winter essential. It is packed full of goodness to boost your immune system in these colder months. We use local lemons, picked fresh from our own backyard and honey sourced from local hives. We then lovingly prepare the tonic by combining all the ingredients over the stovetop before leaving it to sit overnight for maximum flavour! We use the skin and rind of the lemons and ginger to ensure you are getting the most nutrients possible. Ask to add mint to take this to the next level!
